You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register and use rusa89. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing any service on this platform. Age verification is mandatory during KYC.
All financial transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via local banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). No conversion fees are applied.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits. Players must satisfy these conditions before withdrawing bonus-derived funds. Full details are published on the applicable promotion page.
Each player may hold exactly one rusa89 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
rusa89's total liability to any player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses arising from use of the platform.
rusa89 is committed to player wellbeing. We provide deposit limits, session timers, self-exclusion tools, and access to problem gambling support. Players are encouraged to use these tools and to seek help if gambling ceases to be recreational.
In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context otherwise requires:
Access to and use of the rusa89 Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria:
3.1 Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on rusa89. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
3.2 When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid Indonesian mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current at all times.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. rusa89 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorized by you and will not be held liable for unauthorized transactions arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
3.4 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify rusa89 immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected].
3.5 rusa89 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
4.1 rusa89 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. KYC is required before a Player's first withdrawal and may be requested at any time during the life of an account at rusa89's discretion.

4.3 Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by rusa89 will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed. In cases of prolonged non-compliance, rusa89 reserves the right to close the account and return the verified deposit balance via the original payment method.
4.4 All KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with rusa89's Privacy Policy. Documents submitted for verification are used solely for compliance purposes and are not shared with unauthorized third parties.
5.1 Currency: All deposits and withdrawals on rusa89 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency conversion is applied, and no currency conversion fees are charged to the Player.
5.2 Accepted Deposit Methods: rusa89 accepts deposits via the following channels:
5.3 Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Player's account.
5.4 Deposit Processing: Deposits are typically credited to a Player's account within 1–5 minutes of successful bank or e-wallet transfer confirmation. rusa89 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
5.5 Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The destination account name must match the name on the Player's rusa89 account exactly.
5.6 Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per request. Requests below this amount will not be processed.
5.7 Withdrawal Processing Time: rusa89 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under 5 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional security checks are required. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification.
5.8 Withdrawal Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply to each account tier. Players may contact support to request a review of their withdrawal limits after sustained account activity and satisfactory compliance history.
5.9 rusa89 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers an internal security review, including but not limited to transactions that are unusually large relative to the Player's normal betting pattern.
6.1 rusa89 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentive programs to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms published on the applicable promotion page, which supplement and form part of this Agreement.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Players must satisfy the full wagering requirement within the stated validity period; unused Bonus Funds expire and are removed from the account at the end of that period.
6.3 Bonus Eligibility: Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new Players only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim new-player bonuses through duplicate accounts is Prohibited Conduct under Clause 8.
6.4 Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets, slot games, live casino games, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets may carry different contribution rates. The exact contribution percentages for each game category are specified on the relevant promotion page.
6.5 rusa89 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn before its stated end date, any Bonus Funds already credited and being actively wagered will be honoured subject to the original wagering requirement until their expiry time.
6.6 rusa89 reserves the right to reclaim any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, exploited a technical error, or engaged in irregular betting patterns designed to extract value from promotions without genuine sporting or gaming intent.
7.1 All bets placed on rusa89 are subject to the specific rules of the applicable betting market, game, or sport. These rules are published within the Platform and constitute part of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between a specific game or market rule and this Agreement, the specific rule will prevail in respect of that game or market only.
7.2 Sportsbook: Bets on football markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and AFF Cup fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result confirmed by the governing sports body. Asian handicap (voor bola, the Indonesian term for the standard Asian handicap spread bet) and mix parlay accumulator bets are subject to the minimum odds requirements stated on the applicable bet slip.
7.3 Live In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to network availability and at rusa89's discretion. Once accepted and confirmed, in-play bets cannot be cancelled. rusa89 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
7.4 Void Bets: A bet shall be voided where: (a) a match or event is cancelled or postponed beyond the settlement deadline stated in the market rules; (b) a technical or pricing error caused the bet to be offered or accepted incorrectly; or (c) it is determined that the outcome of the event was known to the Player at the time of placing the bet.
7.5 Casino & Slots: All casino games and slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent third-party laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7.6 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome or settlement of any bet, the decision of rusa89's compliance team, based on the recorded server-side data, shall be final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rusa89. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the rusa89 Platform — including but not limited to the rusa89 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of rusa89 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational betting purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content.
9.3 Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to rusa89 for use on the Platform. Players may not reproduce, record, or redistribute game content without the express written consent of the relevant rights holder.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rusa89 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to a Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss.
10.2 rusa89's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their rusa89 account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.
10.3 rusa89 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may cause temporary service interruptions; rusa89 will endeavour to provide advance notice where reasonably practicable.
10.4 rusa89 is not liable for any losses incurred by a Player as a result of internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or any other technical issue that is outside rusa89's direct control.
10.5 Nothing in this Agreement limits rusa89's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 rusa89 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care toward Players seriously. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gambling activity:

12.1 rusa89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
12.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation resolves in the Player's favour, withheld funds will be released promptly.
12.3 A Player may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (after satisfying outstanding wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days.
13.1 rusa89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before the amendment takes effect, except where an urgent change is required by law or regulatory direction, in which case the change may take effect immediately.
13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
13.3 The most current version of these Terms is always available at https://rusa89.cam/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.
14.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rusa89 holds its international gaming license.
14.2 Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of any dispute between a Player and rusa89, the following process applies:
14.3 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
